Recipe Dabba brings CookWithRD, a trademark fireless cooking program where we focus on healthy and easy recipe for kids to explore cooking as a life skill. This program also aims to allow kids find healthy eating fun.
Cooking for kids is a life skill and healthy eating is a way
to life. Bringing these both together , CookWithRD aims to help you child find
fun in creating simple recipes , understanding flavours and combinations while
still sticking to healthy outcome.
We discourage use of refined sugar, preservatives ,
processed food and refined flours in our recipes. All the recipes are well
thought through and designed such that kids can do it with minimal assistance
from parents.
During the recipe creations we also help child pick simple
skills like peeling, grating, cutting , grinding etc depending on the menu and
demand. A well detailed recipe note will be shared post the
session.
Along with recipe making we also focus and discuss a lot of
aspects around food science for kids to understand Food in a more holistic
version.
The child is expected to stay ready with the ingredients and
prepare the recipe along side.
