The pandemic is a strange time for everyone including children. As kids spend most of their time indoors in front of the screen, it becomes crucial to include some kind of physical activity in their routine. Moreover, being sedentary can lower metabolism, and increases the chances of serious health issues as they grow older. 

Yoga is an excellent way to improve their overall health. Physically, it strengthens kids’ growing bodies and enhances flexibility. Additionally, it improves, and self-esteem. 

With an aim to provide kids with a fun way to exercise, we have designed this course. It includes a wide range of asanas, and breathing techniques that engage their mind and body.

1. Warm up

2. Surya namaskar 3 rounds 

3. Asanas for immunity 

4. Asana for concentration

5. Pranayama 

6. Bhasrika

7. Bhramri 

8.Omkara Pranayama 

9.Cat cow pose breathing 

10. Tiger stretch breathing

11. Dog pose breathing 

12. Rabbit pose breathing Simhasana breathing 

Last ten minutes 

1 two line Sanskrit Shloka for memory

Object or Mantra meditation.
