Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba is an aerobic activity that can count toward the amount of aerobic activity recommended for most healthy adults by the Department and Human services.
Zumba class will be an one hour session. This session will start with warmup then Zumba songs which altogether will be 30 mins session and then 15 mins aerobics for full body toning. The remaining 15 mins session will end by cool down.
I am Jyoti Shrivastava. I am teaching Zumba from last four years. During this four years of experience I have become so confident and also more passionate about it. When I came to know that many people in my area are still unaware about Zumba style. So thought to spread this workout through my zumba class. As it help students lose weight, build muscles, tone bodies and its also a stress reliever. Now even they enjoy this Zumba style as I do. So now I want to share my experience with all whoever are fitness freak and dance lovers.
